My name is Nick Rhodes, and I am the sole owner of Wind and Waves Welding. I went to Manteo High School and during my time there I attended the College of the Albemarle, specifically the Welding program. During my time there, I learned about welding and gained some entry level experience with the trade. During and after school, I have worked at multiple welding jobs working on truck racks, trailers, and have even worked with others around in the marine fabrication field, which is now my specialty. After I discovered this field in welding, I learned all I could and eventually ended up building my first boat tower for Glenn Bradley at the age of 17. Since then, I have been taking on plenty of work, including railings, ladder racks, and many other projects. I at Wind and Waves Welding plan to keep expanding and continuing my work wherever I can.
